Managing Difficult Family Relationships During the Holidays

This course is a previously-recorded Q&A group coaching webinar from 2020 on managing difficult family relationships during the holidays.

I received a high influx of questions on balancing family expectations during the holidays and created this course based on the in-depth questions about varying family situations that surround the holidays.

While these are in-depth questions about specific or personal experiences that I received previous to this recording, I go in depth into specific language to use with family, new ways to approach an issue and general advice that may pertain to a lot of us. We can all figure out how to manage our experiences during the holidays and for future holidays

If you’re running into a problem with your family during the holidays, this could be a helpful course to have to gain insight on creating boundaries and advice on how to express yourself clearly and have more inner peace and less internal conflict with varying expectations.
