What to expect in this course
This course is a previously-recorded Q&A group coaching webinar from 2020 on Creating Partnership Families.
I received a high influx of questions on balancing family needs, questions of how mothers can receive more support in their dreams, career choices and emotional burdens, and questions about how partners can better support each other with competing schedules or needs. In response, I offered this webinar to break down what I call the Partnership Model of Family Orginization.
This topic is so important to me. It is the topic I have studied most extensively and it is the topic I studied for my dissertation for my PhD.
This course goes into the topics of how we can understand the difference between the Dominator Model of Family vs. the Partnership Model of Family.
What this course isn’t, is a list of why Men are terrible and why Women are good. It isn’t to say women are better than men. This is a course that outlines how changing the structure of our family will help us create a partnership model inside the family and outside the family. To enable more support for women, men and children. To give you hope in creating a balanced partnership dynamic in your own family!
